Decisions...
I am looking at getting a photo editing and design program so I can make electronic cards and stuff. Do I get Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop? Other than price I have a lot if research to do! Unless you can help!?!?

My Favorite Things
Several other bloggers that I love do favorite things every few months and TAT has prompted my list! Here are some of my must haves - some are earlier in P's life, but some are for now.
The best high chair! This will last us for a while and we had P in it when she was 4 months old. I love that there is not another something in the room but it is comfy and safe too!
I know that there are a lot of parts but my allergic, reflux baby took these like a dream. Oh, and I can pump right into them too!
A BF, working mom's dream. I would be lost without it!
This is so great for bath time. Once she outgrew the infant tub, she wasn't ready for the tub on her own - enter the inflatable tub. It's a win for all involved!
A basic toy but P LOVES them!
These are only a few items but we love them!

10 months (a little late)
Sorry I am late. School, basketball, and life is keeping me away from writing much. I will be better, promise!
Here are Payton's 10 month stats:
Age: as of today - 10 months, 1 week
Stats: we don't officially know but my guess is around 21 pounds. We are going to weigh her at home this week in anticipation of switching car seats soon
Size (clothes, diapers, etc): we are still in size 3 diapers. Clothes we are solidly in 9 months but are in 12 month sleepers they are snug on her chubby thighs, but great everywhere else. We are well stocked on 12 months for outfits, but the tops are still a little big.
Sleeping: STTN on a regular basis. She is really challenging for naps, still.
Milestones: she is working in getting mobile but not crawling. She flops on her stomach the rolls over and sits up. It gets her all over so baby proofing has started. Last weekend, J and FIL put up the gates in the stairs and cabinet locks in the kitchen. We have one more gate and some other locks (oven, door to the basement, etc) to do but great start. Yesterday she started trying to pull up to her knees on the couch - exciting and scary!
Favorites: she wants to chew on everything so Sophie still ranks high! She loves anything she can clap together, especially the rings from the stacking rings. She loves her Zaney Zoo activity cube and Leap Frog picnic basket. She also loves fuzzy blankets!
Looking forward to: Crawling. As much as I love her be in one place, I think it will be cute! More dairy for me - I have been having normal bread for a few days without reaction so we will see what's next. More solid food for P. She is now having waffles and French toast - which she loves! I have started planning her birthday too!

Favorite outfits
I am always having an internal debate on whether I want P to be girly or not. She will be who she will be and I will love her more each day no matter what. For now I will live the clothes I pick.
My absolute favorite outfits right now all involve Babylegs. It is an obsession but they are too darn cute. Soak it in!

Playroom update
Some new info from me as a part of...
J and I have put playroom plans on a little hold for now. We not only realized that we don't want to be stuck upstairs but we have found some good ways of containing P's toys in our living room. So here is the rundown...
P starts with one of the little boxes:
Which she promptly empties:
(she is also discovering her tongue!)
Here is where we keep the short boxes of littler toys:
Below the TV we keep some of the medium sized electronic toys:
We have some of the bigger toys in the corner of the dining room when she isn't using them.
For now this is working so we are going with it. I still am keeping ideas for her upstairs playroom because it will happen but for now we are good. I think the kitchen will be my next organization bug's victim. I will update with that one!

Milestone Monday (a little late)
Yesterday was a really full day for me - out of school for an all day meeting plus basketball that ran late last night. So I didn't have time to get back. Now I am!
So this is a quickie, but important for me. I am now trying fenugreek. My supply took a nosedive last week and I was thinking that it was from a lack of water. I drank more water each day and still not much better. Needless to say, I want to try it and see how things go! Wish me luck!

I am so over it
Christmas lights, that is. I LOVE Christmas, really. But when we get about a week out (like now), Christmas lights should be down if not just turn them off. That is all :)
